Resolution on Business & Human Rights adopted by the General Assembly of the FBE during its General Congress held in Bilbao 16th May 2015

The FBE Congress in Bilbao recommends that member bar associations assist their members to become aware of their obligations under the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We recommend the adoption of the Declaration prepared by the Madrid Bar for their future work to develop further guidelines.
