Dear FBE Members,

the European Bars Federation is actively participating in the international scientific project SCAN II, which focuses on the simplification and digitalization of the European Small Claims Procedure. We kindly request you to complete the project questionnaire. No specialized knowledge or prior experience with cases in the European Small Claims Procedure is necessary to participate. The survey should take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete and is entirely anonymous. The results will aid in developing technological tools to improve access to justice for EU citizens, aligning with the FBE’s objectives. We will be collecting responses until September 29, 2023.
