The SCAN2 Project aims to enhance the enforcement of European Small Claims Procedure (ESCP) judgments by creating a roadmap of enforcement rules across 26 EU Member States. It also focuses on simplifying and digitizing ESCP enforcement procedures through an IT platform and Blockchain System.
